We readily accept returns on most of our products within a 30-day period from the date of delivery. For a refund to be processed, the item(s) must be in their original, unopened condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact and undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product detail page, or for any items that have been altered, used, or tampered with in any way.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our dedicated customer service team via email, providing your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return request. Our team will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for completing the return process.
Once you have received the return authorization, carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring that all components and accessories are included. Clearly mark the return authorization number on the exterior of the package for easy identification.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item, Electronicto.com will cover the costs associated with the return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refund Processing:
Upon receiving your returned item(s), our Quality Assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will promptly initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies, but you can expect to receive your refund within 28 days.

If you need to exchange an item for an identical product, please contact our customer service team via email. Withing 30 days from date of delivery, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions and an exchange authorization number.
